Vity of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT OF <br />A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT KNOWN AS <br />LEHMAN LAGOON <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br />organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council. of the City of Orono has adopted <br />subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe <br />development of land within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for <br />a subdivision plat by Edward T. Lehman, the subdivides; and <br />WHEREAS, the subdivision of a lot line rearrangement has <br />created lots with more feasible building envelopes reducing the number <br />of potential building sites from 7 lots to 5 lots; and <br />WHEREAS, the City has grant-6 permanent setback variances <br />for Lots 3 and 4, Block 1, Lehman Lagoon as follows: <br />1. Lot 3 granted permanent street setback of 20 feet. <br />2. Lot 4 granted permanent street setback of 20 feet. <br />3. Lot 4 granted permanent lakeshore/lagoon setback of <br />50 feet; and <br />WHEREAS, the City will grant no future variances except the <br />ones specifically noted above finding that each lot is of a size and <br />configuration that will allow its use as s single family residence to be <br />located without the need of any setback •variances; and <br />WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements of <br />the platting regulations of the City, including: <br />1. Dedication on the plat of drainage and utility <br />easements. <br />
