(3) Where accidental Gpillage during pumping will not <br />create a nuisance. <br />G. Water Meter <br />A water meter shall be required with all holding tanks to <br />measure the flow to all plumbing fixtures except the outside <br />sillcocks.. Readings shall be submitted at least quarterly <br />to the piLmpei and the City. Readings shall be used to <br />establish the amount of sewage purnped and hauled. <br />H. Contract <br />A contract for disposal and treatment of the sewage wastes <br />shall be maintained by. the homeowner or pumper and a copy <br />shall be given to the City. <br />I. Accidental Overflow <br />Holding tanks shall be monitored to minimize the chance of <br />accidental sewage overflo•,,. Techniques such as visual <br />observation, warning lights or bells, or regularly scheduled <br />pumping shall be used. For institutional use, a positive <br />warning system shall be installed which allows ?_S percent <br />reserve capacity after actuation. <br />4 <br />
