NO. �� / <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF ORONO <br /> TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR THE USE OF <br /> HENNEPIN COUNTY'S PROPERTY INFORMATION DATA BASE � <br /> WHEREAS, the County has developed a computerized property information data � <br /> base(hereinafter referred to as "Property Information Data Base (PIDB)") and which is described <br /> in the Hennepin County Agreement attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof; and <br /> - - VVHEREAS, the City of Orono desires to use the County's PIDB in the course of � <br /> conducting the City's business; and <br /> WHEREAS,in acknowledgment of the Entity's above stated purpose,the County is � <br /> a�reeable to provide to the City access to the PIDB described in Exhibit A; and <br /> WHEREAS,the parties agree that the execution of this Agreement is necessary in <br /> . order to adequately protect said PIDB. .
