Staff has asked Mr. Thiesse to provide additional <br />survey information to clarify the actual location of the north <br />lot line. At a site inspection staff met with Mr. Thiesse who <br />located the iron markers shown on survey. Mr. Thiesse advises he <br />is in the process of reviewing the County's records to determine <br />if there is any problem. Applicant has advised that he would be <br />willing to purchase additional land from the owner. Staff has <br />also advised of the limitations on such an acquisition because of <br />the need to maintain specific areas of the property to allow for <br />continued shared use of the riparian outlot. Staff has reviewed <br />the preliminary survey prepared for the Bayside Landing <br />application and note there is no encroachment of the Thiesse <br />steps shown in the Gronberg surveys. Mr. Thiesse has also <br />advised that he will agree that there will be no use or <br />encroachment by builders of the adjacent outlot at the time of <br />construction. <br />The Thiesse residence will soon be served with sewer.
