It would appear that there Js no way to get from Lot 1 <br />to the lake shore without crossing over Lot 2. There probably <br />is adequate area on Lot 16 if this were developed East and West <br />that docks could be put on this property. <br />We understand the council has already approved the constr- <br />uction of four docks. However, we believe that something should <br />be worked out before any subdivisions of Lot 1 is permitted. One <br />way that this might be resolv0d would be for the council to re- <br />move the hold from the sale of this lot by the State and then let <br />the developer pick up Lots 2 and 15 then they would have the ade- <br />quate shoreline needed.
