Riedel & Company <br />Dear Dick: <br />We have received a sketch from Hank regarding a sketch <br />by Gordon R. Coffin for J.P. Riedel & Company, Block 3, Bay <br />View Park Hennepin County, MinnesoLa. In a letter from Mr. <br />Stern, Attorney for Riedel Company he proposP.~ ~hat in o~Lcr <br />to construct four docks on ~he portion of Lot~ and 16, Blo~k <br />3, Bay View Park they would like to divide these little slivers <br />of lots into half. To give a little background information, as <br />a result of straighting out some disagreements or conflicts of <br />County Road 84 right-of-way the owner ended up with sma.1.1 slivers <br />of lots as shown on the attached sketch. You'll note that the <br />portion of Lot 1 is 4 feet at the West end and practically <br />nothing at the East end on Lot 16 it is 8 ~oot wide at the West <br />and about 5 feet at the East end. The attacheq sketch also shows <br />the existing shore line as of October 29, 1974. It shows that <br />on]v ct very small part of Lots 1 is shore line and appears to be <br />ar~roximately 3 to 5 feet.
