Kermit r,, Knutson of Riedel Company to <br />purchase the Dr-oposed Lot l, Riedel Compuny 's Stubbs Bay <br />addition and Lot lG, Block 1, Bayview Park subj cct to approval <br />and filin,:; Riedel C0mpanv's Stubbs l3<1y addition plat. Could <br />you tell me if this aonroval ,md filinr; has taken place, or if <br />it hasn't been aoprovecl, when it is scheduled for consideration <br />by the council? <br />Assuminr, filj:1r; and aoorovc1.l does becor:ie a reality and I ourchase <br />the above pro!)(:rty, I will have some interest in Lot 15, Block 1, <br />Bayview ?ark. ~ understand this lot belongs to the State of Minnesota <br />by virtue of tc1x forfeiture. The City of Orono has asked that it <br />not be sold ~c, crivate narties. If possible, I would like to know <br />what plans, if any, Orono has for Lot 1~ or if it could be purchased <br />by the owner of Lot 16.
