I <br />have asked from him and he stated he would forward: <br />l. $8~000 performance bond specified by the engineer that the street <br />will be built to Village standards <br />2. A park dedication of $1,125 computed at 5% of the raw land value <br />appraised at $22,500 by the assessor. I cannot find any ordinance <br />on this but note the last three divisions all required that per- <br />centage. <br />3. I requested he name the street which was not named on the preliminary <br />plat. <br />4. Th~ cny~neer has had contact with Gordon Coffin about the street <br />grade, 2tc.
