We have reviewed the proposed <br />plat and have the following recommendations: <br />1. Dedicate right of way for a total distance of 33 feet along and on <br />both sides of the existing traveled centerline of CSAH 84, after <br />which request that the County of Hennepin vacate the unused portion <br />of the originally platted roadway. <br />2. Access to the plat should be limited to the proposed street as shown <br />on the plat, this street having its access from Stubbs Bay Road. <br />Access to the individual lots should be from the proposed street, <br />rather than CSAH 84. Any access to the lots lying south of CSAH 84 <br />will require an entrance permit which must be obtained from our <br />Maintenanc~ Sertion. <br />3. Any construction or alterations, including drainage revisions, within <br />county right of \•1ay must be approved by the Hennepin County Department <br />of Public Works. <br />If there are any questions, please contact Craig D.
