The var ianc8 is <br />granted for the lot size and a variance <br />is also granted for the building moratorium. <br />The har<ls,1ip that was recognized is the fact <br />that there is no more available land to <br />bring the lot up to the proper size. ;iotion, <br />Ayes (5) -Nays (0). · <br />.'-!assengale moved, Butler seconded, to approve <br />the division and variance of Bryne Gi10stley, <br />3133 Casco Point Road, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1.
