Absent: 1~okesh, <br />Kullberg, an<l Ryerse. <br />Searles moved, Guthrie seconded, that the <br />1iirn1tes of the Regular :Ieeting of September 17, <br />1973, be approved. i-!otion, Ayes (6) -ifays (0), <br />Searles moved, Guthrie seconded, tliat t;1e <br />Wayzata Country Club's request for a rezoning, <br />vai:iance, and a PRD, be denied on the following <br />grounds: <br />I. The proposed density would be inconsistent <br />with the surrounding neighborhood. <br />2. Access for the development would not be <br />possible from the east because of the Village <br />Wetlands Ordinance and because of t]1e <br />incompatibility of increased traffic on <br />Ferndale Green, w!1ich is a minor road. <br />:;otion, Ayes (S) -Nays (0). <br />A variance of 2' from the 10' s1ue yard <br />setback requirement is requested for the <br />construction of a ti1ree-car garage.
