The LR -lA zoning district requires a 50' setback from Bayside Road. The <br />applicant would like to build a 12' x 12' shed 28' from Bayside Road, which requires <br />approval of a setback variance. The proposed shed would meet the requirement of being <br />no closer to the street than the principal building by approximately 6 feet.
