Utilities; Stormwater Management <br /> 16) Water mains shall be looped near the north end of the site. <br /> Developer shall accomplish this without impacting wetlands. Drainage and Utility <br /> � Easements shall be granted to the City of Orono over all sewer <br /> and water utility lines and facilities, including the rights of way <br /> necessary to maintain same. . <br /> 19) Applicants' architect shall submit final development plans to the <br /> Metro Council Environmental Services to determine the exact <br /> number of SAC units to be charged at the time of the issuance of <br /> building permits. � <br /> 20) Developer shall provide suitable evidence of Minnehaha Creek <br /> Watershed District (MCWD) approval of the stormwater <br /> management plan before Development Plan Approval will be <br /> granted.
