Itie mortgage from said free owners to First National bank of <br />Wayzata, a Minnesota corporation dated August 25, 1972, filed August 31, <br />1972, Document No. 1043957, which mortgage was given to secure the principal <br />sum of $8,000.00 <br />3. A Contract for Deed fznn said fee owner to James K. McCleary, dated <br />April 14, 1973, filed November 8, 1978, Document No. 1302864 which mortgage <br />was given to secure the principal balance of $68,000.00. <br />Such ownership is subject to the following: <br />a. Rights, if any, of the parties in possession jother than said <br />owner; <br />b. Mechanic's lien rights, if any, for recent improvements upon <br />said premises or property connected therewith; <br />c. Special assessments, if any, which may be levied upon said premises; <br />d. Public zoning, building, or environmental ordinances and <br />regulations; <br />e. Matters which an accurate survey of the property would disclose. <br />We are forwarding a copy of this opinion to James K. McCleary.
