E. Grantee may enter upon the Land for the purposes <br />of inspectio:i and enforcement of the covenants contained herein <br />and to cause to be removed from the Land without any liability <br />any structures, uses, materials, substances, or unnatural matter <br />inconsistent with the covenants contained herein and the natural <br />state of the Land. <br />G. Not withstanding any of the above provisions, the <br />Land may be used for agricultural purposes including pasturage <br />of horses consistent with all Zoning Code requirements, <br />therefore, which use may include the erection of fences, corrals <br />and watering or feeding stations for such animals except no <br />b:.'-n, stable shall be permitted thereon without specific <br />written consent of Grantee. <br />2.
