Motion, <br />Ayes=6, Nays=0, Motion passed. <br />#1367 STEVE HARRIS <br />3850 WATERTOWN ROAD <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />It was moved by Chairman Kelley, seconded by Planning <br />Commissioner Bellows to table this item to the March 20, 1989, <br />Planning Commission Meeting, as requested by the applicant. <br />Moticn, Ayes=6, Nays=O, Motion passed. <br />#1369 CHARLES KICXRAFER <br />1040 TOWNLINE ROAD <br />VARIANCE <br />PUBLIC HEARING 7:19 P.M. - 7:20 P.M. <br />The Affidavit of Publication and Certificate of Mailing were <br />duly noteli <br />The applicant was present for this matter. <br />Zoning Administrator Mabusth informed the Planning <br />Commission that Mr. Kickhafer was requesting a front street <br />setback variance 4 n order to construct an attached garage. Due <br />to accessory improvements previously made to the rear of the <br />property, placement of the garage to the rear of the house <br />becomes impractical. <br />There were no comments from the public regarding this matter <br />and the public hearing was closed. <br />It was moved by Chairman Kelley, seconded by Planning <br />Commissioner Hanson, to recommend approval of this application, <br />granting the 30' front yard setback variance for the purpose of <br />constructing a single story garage 24'x 24'. Mr. Kickhafer's <br />hardship is that he has no garage and the house was built prior <br />to the 5-acre zoning amendment. Bellows added that the <br />topography of the land was also a hardship.
