From my review of the plat, it does not appear <br />as if there is such a highway or proposed highway abutting <br />the plat. If there were such a highway or proposed highway, <br />then Section 505.03(2) would require the subm,ssion of a <br />certificate that all propez approvals of the Department of <br />Transportation had been obtained. <br />6. Under Section 505.08(2(a) in counties that <br />have microfilm capabilities, the only copy of the plat that <br />need be filed is the mylar. This applies in Hennepin County. <br />7. The mylar must be labeled "Official Plat" as <br />required by Section 505.08(2a). <br />8. It will be necessary for the proper filing <br />fees to be paid. Under Minn. Stat. §505.0E(2), the filing <br />fee is $30. The real estate taxes due and payable in 1989 <br />and prior years have been paid in full. <br />9. As yet, the plat is incomplete as the signatureG <br />of the various county officials have not been obtained. <br />10.
