Enclosed please find the following: <br />1. Resolution #2728, approving the plat of Bayside Woods. <br />2. Conservation & Flowage Easement. <br />A closer inspection revealed that the sellers have had their <br />signatures notarized, although the notary statement is not <br />included. Please advise if this becomes a problem for <br />filing. <br />3. A 1"=200' transparency presumably needed by the County <br />surveyor. <br />4. Title insurance commitment provided by the applicant in <br />lieu of title opinion. <br />5. Plat drawings signed, notarized, and sealed by the <br />appropriate parties. <br />Please review these documents and have them filed with <br />Hennepin County.
