The <br />proposed addition consists of a single story 2-car garage at ,he street <br />side with a 2-level addition to the lakeside providing additional expansion <br />room for the limited living area on the existing first floor and additional <br />bedroom area -n the second floor. Although the addition has been aligned <br />with the lakeside of the existing house, setback 45' from the 929.4 <br />(ordinary high water mark) elevation, the curvature of the shoreline, <br />places -I.- northwest corner of the proposed addition only 17' from the <br />929.4 elevation. <br />
