Develop design guidelines for development along Highway 12. <br />11. Kelley Parkway. <br />a. Develop a plan for the character of Kelley Parkway including lighting and <br />landscaping. <br />b. Develop design guidelines for development between Kelley Parkway and <br />Highway 12. <br />Develop a plan for commercial development along Highway 12 in Orono and Long <br />Lake.
