My review of the title does not indicate that the flowage <br />and conservation easement you refer to was recorded. <br />Accordingly, we would ask that the City prepare a new one <br />for execution. <br />7. Please ask John Burger for the $50.00. <br />Jeanne, if there's anything I've overlooked, please give me a call. <br />Obviously, after this long delay, we'd like to get things done as <br />quickly as possible. If you require signed copies of the covenants <br />(and I presume that you would), you should contact Jeffrey L. <br />Watson, Esq. at 347-0266 and ask him to send them to you.
