HERZU CK <br />Thank you for having copies of the City Resolution and proposed <br />subdivision documents sent to me. <br />I note that in paragraph no. 1 at the bottom of page 2 of <br />Resolution No. 3131, you say that access to Lot 1 shall be via <br />Landmark Drive and a private access easement over Lot 1, Block 2, <br />Bayside Landing. While that is correct, it is incomplete in that <br />we also need access over Outlet c, Bayside Landing.
