It is <br />my hope to get Burgers Bayside Second Addition placed on the Council agenda for May 24th <br />if we can move fast on the remaining easements and agreement. The following items have yet <br />to be completed by applicants: <br />1. Payment of final plat fee at <br />Legal review and filing fees <br />Park dedication fee <br />TOTAL <br />175.00 <br />200.00 <br />3,696.00 <br />$4,071.00 <br />2. Execution of special lot combination agreements. We have completed the <br />agreements. Please review and get back to me if you have any questions. The <br />City would appreciate two original copies of each of the agreements. One for <br />filing and the other for the City records. <br />3. Execution of Flowage & Conservation Easement over wetlands. This easement <br />has also been completed for execution and should be made in duplicate so that <br />City may have original for filing and one for records. <br />4. Execution of Bike Trail Easement.
