Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay, .MI\J 55323-0066 <br />Dear Ms Mabusth: <br />RE: Proposed Plat -Burgers Bayside 2nd Addition <br />MAY 2 B 1892 <br />CSAH 84, North side, approximately 780' west of Stubbs Bay Road <br />Section 5, Township 117, Range 23 <br />Hennepin County Plat No. 1996 <br />Review and Recommendations <br />Minnesota Statutes 505.02 and 505.03, Plats and Surveys, require County review of <br />proposed plats abutting County roads. We reviewed the above plat and make the <br />following comments: <br />-For future improvements to this segment of CSAH 84 the developer should dedicate <br />an additional 7' of right of way along CSAH 84 making the right of way 40' from <br />the center of CSAH 84. <br />-No additional direct access from this plat to CSAH 84 will be permitted by <br />Hennepin County. <br />-All proposed construction within County right of way requires an approved <br />utility permit prior to beginning construction. This includes, but is not <br />limited to, drainage and utility construction, trail development, and <br />landscaping .
