The <br />Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of . the <br />app i i cation. <br />Goetten asked if both lots have adequate septic sites. <br />Mabusth confirmed thit they do and added that Lot 2 is included in <br />the Stubbs Bay Sewei Project area. <br />3
