Applicant must provide to the City all information and/or <br />improvements required for final plat approval as noted in the preliminary <br />plat approval resolution. Preliminary plat approval expires one year after <br />date of the resolution (June 8, 1993). Note that prior to fi,!ing of the <br />final p_lat at the final subdivision approval, all taxes for _!:he current <br />year must be paid. <br />Please note special lot combination agreements and the bike easement have <br />been enclosed in the submittals to your attorney, Mr. McKinnon. As of this <br />writing, the City Assessor has not made any determinations regarding the <br />value of the land for final determination of a park dedication fee.
