Engineer Review <br />The consultant engineer has reviewed the proposed preliminary plat and requested the following <br />information: <br />1. Show the well location on the final plat for the residence on Lot 2. <br />2. Provide a utility construction plan prior to final plat approval. <br />3. Provide a grading and erosion control plan for the entire parcel prior to <br />final plat approval. <br />4. Applicant to consult with the MCWD to determine stormwater requirements. <br />Final plat to incorporate MCWD recommendations. <br />5. Final plat to show all utility easements and drainage easements. <br />Park Dedication Fee <br />The City Assessor will need to review the plat and determine the fair market value. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />To discuss the proposed preliminary plat and the lot width variance. <br />Attachments <br />A Preliminary Plat <br />B City Engineer's letter <br />C Sewer Map <br />D Minutes from City Council 5/26/98 <br />E Sketch Plan report to City Council (Mike's report)
