The property owner is Shirley Larson. <br />Please review the memo and exhibits of September 15th. Additionally, please review the <br />comments from the DNR recommending denial, and the minutes and notice from the September <br />19th meeting. <br />The following variances are required in order that the lot be considered buildable: <br />Lot area (1.97 acre existing, 2.0 acre required) <br />Lot width (165' existing, 200' required) <br />The following additional variances are required in order to construct the proposed driveway: <br />- 40% hardcover in 0-75' zone <br />- Live tree removal in 0-75' zone <br />- Extensive vegetation clearing on a bluff, on a steep slope, and in 0-75' zone <br />- Topographic alterations/grading and filling in 0-75' zone <br />
