To require a circular turnaround, 80' diameter paved surface, 100' <br />right of way, as opposed to allowing a tee -turnaround. The circular <br />turnaround was to be recommended by staff for the PRD proposal. <br />2. As of toddy, we have received no new input from developer concerning <br />recent contact with property owners (Lots 17-20) affected by Baldur <br />Park Road extension. The City must receive update as to disposition <br />of property owners in regard to sign -off can plat for additional <br />right of way. <br />
