Zoning File #1228 <br />December 9, 1987 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />Planning Commission at <br />recommended 5-0 to approve <br />lakeshore setback variance <br />finding that there will be <br />any light, air, or open <br />additional hardcover as <br />following conditions: <br />their November 16, 1987 meeting <br />the side setback variance and average <br />to construct a second story addition <br />no significant new encroachment into <br />pace in the neighborhood and no <br />i result of the project, under the <br />1. Applicant must remove the 8'x 30' deck except for a 6'x <br />8' section which is allowed to remain. <br />2. The removed deck sections may be replaced with a loose <br />rock or wood chip area underlain by permeable geotechnical <br />weed reduction fabric (but not plastic sheeting which is <br />hardcover). <br />Staff ftecc�ndation - <br />Staff recommends approval of the proposed variances per the <br />planning Commission recommendation per the attached proposed <br />resolution. Final 0-75' hardcover after removal of the portions <br />of the deck is 48 s.f. or 1.3%. <br />
