payers rather than continuing to shift the money Out State. <br />PERSONNEL NOTES - <br />Michael Kirnyczuk - It is with regret that one of our many valued <br />employees, Mike Kirnyczuk, has been required to resign his <br />position as a Police Officer with the City. Mike sustained a <br />severe lea injury while on a false alarm call and although <br />thought it would be an injury that could be recoverable, has not <br />seen much improvement in the last year and a half. As such, Mike <br />is taking a new job in the securities investigation area and we <br />wish him well. <br />Rick Denneson - Several of you know Rick as our first Community <br />Service Officer, who was instrumental in undertaking our own <br />animal control program. Rick has done an excel lent job for us <br />and will be going on to become a Police Officer with West <br />Hennepin Public Safety, which serves Maple Plain and <br />Independence.
