MINUTES OF THE ORONO COUNCIL MEETING OF OCTOBER 10, 1988 <br />UTILITY/SEPTIC CHARGES RESOLUTION i2524* <br />It was moved by Councilmember Goetten, seconded by <br />Councilmember Nettles, to adopt Resolution #2524, providing for <br />the collection of delinquent Developers' Fees and Alarm Users' <br />fees in the amount of $1,957.69 and to add 10.0% interest to the <br />amounts due, effective November, 1988. Motion, Ayes=4, Nays=O, <br />Motion passed. <br />ADMINISTRATOR'S INFORMATION* <br />It was moved by Councilmember Goetten, seconded by <br />Councilmember Nettles, to accept the City Administrator's <br />Information regarding: Woodhill Avenue; County 15 Progress; <br />Orono/Minnetonka Beach Interceptor Progress; 3508 Ivy Place; <br />County 15 Beautification; Michael Rirnyczuk; and Goal Setting. <br />Motion, Ayes-4, Nays=0, Motion passed. <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT: <br />There was no report from the City Attorney. <br />LICENSES* <br />It was moved by Councilmember Goetten, seconded by <br />Councilmember Nettles, to approve the following license: <br />Home Occupation License - Patricia R. Fitzpatrick <br />2845 Watertown Road <br />Long Lake, MN 55356 <br />Motion, Ayes-4, Nays-0, Motion passed. <br />BILLS* <br />It was moved by Councilmember Goetten, seconded by <br />Councilmember Nettles, to approve payment of the All Funds <br />Accounts.
