Help to be provided <br />Because this is a volunteer project, we have a number of <br />people with varied backgrounds that are willing to help <br />wherever and whenever needed. We will provide whatever <br />assistance is needed to keep the costs reasonable. In <br />developing the plan, we would expect to work together <br />until we develop a final plan that the committee and town <br />officials will all endorse. The implementation phase <br />will be handled as a separate issue. <br />
