The review period for this requires comments by affected <br />municipalities to be submitted by late December. For the <br />Metropolitan Council review the two issues of note would be the <br />transportation and sewer capacity issues. At the present time <br />based on the review the City would note its generally positive <br />reaction to the transportation improvement and comment on the <br />sewer capacity once there is better information. <br />Additionally as this is a commercial revitalization plan there <br />are some elements and ideas in the plan that may serve <br />to be instructive both in the positive and negative sense as we <br />look at the Navarre redevelopment area. <br />Should you desire to review a copy, please feel free to contact <br />Jeanne Mabusth.
