102888.2 <br />RESOLUTION ENTERING INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH STATE OF <br />MINNESOTA, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR M1Pi NTENANCE <br />OF FLASHING WARNING LIGHTS AT WILLOW DRIVE AND HIGHWAY 12 <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Orono enter into an <br />agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of <br />Transportation for the following purposes, to wit: <br />To provide certain maintenance and electrical <br />energy for the hazard identification beacons with <br />street lights on Trunk Highway No. 12 (Wayzata <br />Bouledard) at Willow Drive i aAhbrdance with the <br />terms and conditions set f.,rth and contained in <br />Agreement No. E5149M, a copy of 4/hich was before <br />the Council. <br />88 IT FORTNER RESOLVED, that tqe proper City officers be <br />and Thereby are authorized to execute such Egreement, and thereby <br />assume for and on behalf of the City all of the contractual <br />:bligations contained therein. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, <br />Minnesota at a regular meeting held November 14, 1988, <br />Dorothy M.
