SEC. 4.32. HOURS AND DAYS OF LIQUOR SALES. <br />Subd. 1. On -sale. No on -sale of liquor shall be made <br />between 1:00 o'clock A.M. on Sunday, nor until 8:00 o'clock A.M. <br />on Monday, nor after 8:00 o'clock P.M. on December 24. No on - <br />sale of liquor shall be made between the hours of 1:00 o'clock <br />A.M. and 8:00 o'clock A.M. on any weekday or Saturday. <br />Subd. 2. Off -sale. No off -sale of liquor shall be <br />made before 8:00 o'clock A.M. or after 8:00 o'clock P.M. of any <br />day, except Friday and Saturday on which days may be made until <br />10:00 o'clock P.M. No off -sale shall be made on New Year's Day, <br />January 1; Independence Day, July 4; Thanksgiving Day; or <br />Christmas Day, December 25; but on the evenings preceding such <br />days, if the sale of liquor is not otherwise prohibited on such <br />evenings, off -sales may be made until 10:00 o'clock P.M. <br />SEC. 4.33. SUNDAY SALES. Notwithstanding anything herein to <br />the contrary, a Sunday on -sale license may be issued to hotels, <br />motels and restaurants, as herein defined, which have on -sale <br />liquor licenses, to serve liquor between the hours of 10:00 o'clock <br />A.M. and 12:00 o'clock midnight on Sundays in conjunction with the <br />serving of food, provided that the licensee establishment is in <br />conformance with the Minnesota Clean Indoor Air Act. <br />SEC. 4.34. UNLAWFUL ACTS (LIQUOR).
