Subd. 17. No sale of liquor shall be made to or in guest <br />rooms of hotels, unless the rules of such hotels provide for <br />service of food in guest rooms, and unless the sale accompanies and <br />is incident to the regular service of meals to guests therein. <br />OFF -SALE LIQUOR AND WINE <br />Subd. 18. An of f-sale licensee may provide samples of <br />wine, liqueurs, and cordials which the licensee currently has in <br />stock and is offered to the general public without obtaining an <br />additional license providing that the wine, liqueur, and cordial <br />samples are dispensed at no charge and consumed on a licensed <br />premise during the permitted hours of off -sale in a quantity less <br />than 50 milliliters of wine per variety per customer, and 25 <br />milliliters of liqueur or cordial per variety per customer. <br />Subd. 19. No off -sale licensee, his agent or employee <br />shall deliver any intoxicating liquor to or at any place or <br />premises without obtaining a receipt therefor, signed by the person <br />receiving such liquor and bearing the time, date and place of <br />delivery. Such receipts shall be kept in the files of the licensee <br />for a period of one year and such files and receipts shall be <br />available for inspection by the license examiner or designated <br />employee at all hours during which the licensed premises is open <br />for business. <br />Subd. <br />20. <br />No off -sale <br />establishment may be <br />located <br />within 500 feet <br />of an <br />institution of <br />p,LI is education whose <br />primary <br />purpose is education <br />of individuals <br />in grades kindergarten <br />through <br />12th grade. <br />Subd. <br />21. <br />No off -sale <br />est., ;. i ,-`­. ient may be <br />located <br />closer than 1/2 <br />mile <br />from the off -sale <br />i• -n- licensed in <br />the City <br />of Orono with <br />a maximum of two off-sa ' - _ :: anses issued in the <br />City. <br />82 <br />
