. i <br /> � O� . <br /> O � O <br /> • -� � CITY of ORONO <br /> � -.- : _ � <br /> , ti <br /> ��L �G'�' RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> �kEsBOg' NO. �� ,� a . <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUBDIVISION <br /> � � OF A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT FOR PROPERTIES <br /> LOCATED AT 4655 and 4685 TONKAVIEW LANE <br /> FILE#03-2883 . <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br />. under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and � <br /> '�VHEREAS, the City Council of Orono (hereinafter "City Council") has adopted <br /> subdivision regulations for the orderly,economic and safe development of land within the City;and <br /> `VI3EREAS,the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision of a <br /> lot line rearrangement by Dennis A. Meyer (hereinafter "the subdivider") of properties legally <br /> described as: <br /> • Tracts E and F, Registered Land Survey No. 1036, Files of Registrar of Title, <br /> , Hennepin County,Minnesota(hereinafter"the properties"); and <br /> WHEREAS,the properties consist of two developed parcels(the"Easterly Parcel" <br /> and the "Westerly Parcel") owned by the subdivider and shown on the survey attached hereto as <br /> E�ibit"A"; and <br /> `VHEREAS, after due published and mailed notice in accordance with Minnesota <br /> Statutes 462.358 et. seq. and the City of Orono Zoning and Planning Codes, the Orono Planning <br /> Commission held a public hearing on Apri121,2003,at which time all persons desiring to be heard <br /> concemin?this application were given the opportunity to speak thereon; and <br /> WHEREAS,the subdivider has completed all requirements of the City for a metes <br /> and bounds subdivision of a lot line rearrangement for division and combination purposes,resulting <br /> in the relocation of the common lot boundary between the properties,as shown in the survey attached <br /> as Exhibit"A"resulting in a new legal description for each parcel as shown in Exhibit"A"; and <br /> WHEREAS, the intent of the rearrangement is to have lot lines reflect the historic <br /> occupation boundaries of each parcel. <br /> • � <br /> Page 1 of 3 �'""Y <br />
