As already note above, the applicant wishes to be allowed <br />5,500 s.f. of hardcover to dev_lop each of the three residential <br />pads. One of he proposed building envelopes will encroach the <br />75' setback 1 i ne and i s proposed at 50' f rom the 929.4' <br />elevation. The applicant proposes three residential docks to <br />serve the three residences along the north shore within the open <br />space outlot. <br />As already noted in app'irant's addendum, applicant has met <br />with the adjacent neighbors, and as before, the neighbors have <br />voiced strong opposition to development of the peninsula. Review <br />Exhibit F, Baldur Park Road right-of-way (1ficially ends at Lots <br />17 and 18. The trave' led road extends through portions of Lots <br />19 and 20. App11ca- has provided a description and diagram <br />(Exhibits D and F), depicting An easement through Lots 20 and 21. <br />Applicant owns remainder of driveway tbit continues on to the <br />pui nt of pen i su 1 a. It would appear the applicant has also had <br />discussions with John Gerhardson concerning extent and type <br />maintenance performed by City with upkeep of road. All of these <br />issues snould he addressed by the City Attorney when a formal <br />application is filed, in order to determine what bteps are <br />legally necessary to acquire legal access for the applicant's <br />nroperty. <br />
