#770 - Ronald Gehrin5 <br />August 11, 1983 <br />Page 2 <br />This approval is subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Improvements on the site (includes decks, patios, drainage, cement <br />walkways, etc.) shall be limited to 2,280 sq. ft. of hardcover. <br />2. No structure (includes decks and patios) may not be located closer than <br />75' from the lakeshore in addition, the principal structure must meet <br />the average lakeshore setback of houses on abutting lots. s-aff will <br />designate required setback at time building permit is applied for. <br />3. The side yard setback of 10' must be maintained. <br />4. The street setback for the principal structure is 30'. special <br />consideration should be given in location of the drive and garage in <br />limiting unnecessary hardcover. <br />5. Applicant must quit claim deed that portion of Baldur Park Road that <br />intersects the property area to include 3' maintenance ditch. <br />
