Gehring will design s home to meet those standards. <br />Staff recommendations: <br />to approve the lot area and lot width variance application of Ronald Gehring <br />to permit the construction of a single family residence based on the <br />following findings: <br />1. The proposed building site will be consistent with the pattern of <br />development of the surrounding properties. <br />2. There is no additional land available to combine with subject property. <br />3. The City has approved three similar variance applications for this <br />property. <br />4. Sewer is available to the site. <br />
