At one time a summer residence <br />bad existed on the site and was removed in December of 1971 <br />because of its unsafe conditions. The lot has 'peen in 5inale <br />separate ownership for many years - prior to 1Q67. The proposal <br />would create a residential site consistent with the pattern <br />of development of surrounding neic•hborhood. <br />None of the property owners notified attended the action meeting <br />at the Planning Commission. Ted Boer called my office to <br />state that a two story structure would impede his view of the <br />lakeshore to the south of his home (across Baldur Park Road <br />to the rear of his house - not the lakeshore view to the front). <br />I advised fir. Boer that is long as the structure does not exceed <br />the 30' height standard, a two story structure would be allowed. <br />fie stated that he urrierstood. <br />
