City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 1 558 <br />5. The detached garage structure may never bo used as a separate <br />dwelling unit. <br />6. No other variances are granted or permitted for this <br />structure. <br />7. Applicant is hereby advised that there existson the property <br />an excess of 6% hardcover and that future improvements to his <br />property that involve additions to hardcover may not be approved <br />by this Council or a future Council. <br />8. Authorities granted by this variance run with the property <br />not with the owner, but are permissive only and must be exercised <br />by application for a building permit within one year of the date of <br />Council approval, or this variance will expire cn that date <br />(September 26, 1984). <br />9. violation of or noncompliance with any of the terms and <br />conditions of this variance shall constitute a violation of the <br />zoning code, shall automaticallyterminate any authority granted <br />herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />lA.
