Applicant placed on notice that this property has <br />a hardcover problem and that future applications <br />involving excess hardcover may not be approved. <br />Council further directs staff to draft a resolution <br />noting one above points. Motion, Ayes (4) , Nays (©) <br />Mabusth noted that _nis variance application was <br />approved by Council about a year ago. Mabusth noted <br />that cause fcr the delay being when the plat of The Farm <br />at Long Lake was filed the flowage and ccnservation <br />easement was to control riparian use cf the shoreline. <br />Mabusth noted that the Seibolds have signed the <br />resolution so it is just awaiting Council approval. <br />Councilmember Adamr noted that the dock is in and the <br />way it was placed protects the wetlands and is a <br />wonderful addition. <br />Counci. tuber Hammerel moved, Councilmember Grabek <br />seconds-, to adopt Resolution #1521, A Resolution <br />Granting A Variance To Municipal Zoning Code Section <br />34.352 to permit cc,nstruction of a residential do:-, ,.�n <br />a property located at 1699 North Farm Road. Moto, <br />Ayes (4) , days (A) <br />Mabusth noted that Mr . U1 r ich had signed the resolution <br />and agrees to all the conditions. <br />Acting Mayor Frahm stated that he had no problpr� as <br />long as this wasn't on the main lake that there is no <br />need for stone rip rap and that the proposed metal is <br />.fine because it is located in a lagoon area. <br />Acting Mayor Frahm moved, Councilmember Grabek <br />s )nded, to adopt Resolution i1522, A Resolution <br />;renting AConlitional Use Permit Per Municipal Zoning <br />Cade Section 31.700 And A Variance Tc Municipal Zoning <br />Code Sectic;ns 31.831, a conditional use permit to <br />construct a seawall along the lagoon shorel ir,e of the <br />property and 20 feet along the west lac -con shoreline. <br />Motion, Ayes (4), Nays (©). <br />Mabusth noted that the Seiferts had signed the <br />Res(Aution. <br />
