Lots 17 and <br />18 are legaliv combined with Lot 8 (Exhibit. H), the homestead lot <br />located directly across Baldur Park Road. On July 19, 1982, Planning <br />Commission voted to recommend tabelinq the variance application <br />vivinn the applicant enough time to make v-ry specific revisions <br />in his proposal as follows: <br />1 - Reduce size of garage - doors face onto the street <br />2 - Reconsider need for two story structure <br />3 - Direct drainage away from lakeshore on Lots 17 & 18 <br />4 - Informal poll of Planning Commission members directed applicant <br />to locate garage on Tots 17 & 18 (See Exhibit I) <br />
