Owner must obtain a demolition permit for removal of existing garage <br />on Lots 17 & 18. <br />3. Garage doors to face away from street - turnaround provided on site. <br />4. All roof drainage to be directed away from lake toward to Baldur <br />Park Road. <br />5. Owner is placed on notice that the City will not approve future <br />improvements to this property if they require variances. <br />6. Applicant must tear down existinq garage prior to issuance of building <br />permit. <br />This has been a difficult review because staff and Planning Commission have <br />never had the opportunity to speak with Mr. Roth. My notice (Exhibit J) <br />advised the applicant to contact me prior to this meeting if he could <br />not go along with the recommendation that the detached garage be relocated <br />on Lot 8. I have not heard from the applicant. The enclosed resolution <br />has been drafted based on staff's recommendation that the doors face <br />away from the street with a 10' setback off the right of way. Review <br />Exhibit H, this plan appears to have less impact on Lot 8. <br />
