No additional land available. <br />2. Depth of dry area within lots 17 and la is miniml. <br />3. Setback of proposed garage 10'-201, giving the <br />owner the option of building righ' the road as <br />proposed or setting garage back. <br />This approval subject to the following conditiwi, . <br />1. Owner must obtain a demolition permit for removal <br />of existing garage and must remove garage. <br />2. All roof drainage to be directed away from lake <br />towards Baldur Park Road. <br />1.
