Additional Comments and Planning Commission Recommendation - <br />Zoning File #1340 <br />October 6, 1988 <br />Page 6 of 6 <br />The Planning Commission unanimously moved the staff recommendation <br />approving the first phase conditional use permit for Washington Scientific <br />and tabling the second phase of the application. The enclosed resolution <br />has been drafted per the above approval recommendation. In addition, it <br />should be noted that after conversations with the City Engineer and the <br />M.W.0 " , it is appropriate to ask the applicant to provide a meter for the <br />discharge into the sewer system as the City has not been able to receive <br />accurate information as to the volume of that discharge. It is necessary <br />that the City require the meter at the time of the installation of the <br />trench/pumping/treatment system. <br />
