Alternative No. 3 - Property Owners Proposal <br />At the beginning of the process, the owner submitted a <br />scheme for development of the property, which was subsequently <br />amended by the owner during the process which provides as shown <br />in Figure 32 for: <br />A) A combination of land 2 acre single family lots on the <br />north portion utilizing municipal services.
