Alternative No. 2 - <br />Alternative 2 would allow for business/commercial abutting <br />Highway 12 to be served by a remote frontage road that would <br />eventually extend over to Willow Drive. The north side of this <br />would provide for multi -residential with the bulk of the northern <br />site developed at the unsewered 2-acre residential.
